2016 Quality Measures Coming Out Soon

2016 Quality Measures Coming Out Soon

January 27th, 2016 | Network News

Participating PCPs will soon receive information about the clinical quality measures AHP is accountable for in 2016 under its gain sharing contracts. Like the 2015 measure set, 2016 includes measures for both chronic illness management and preventive health.

Providers who have already implemented the Arcadia dashboard will be contacted soon with the 2016 measure set and a timeframe for them to be added to your dashboard. We will also be sharing information about validating 2015 data and incentives related to 2015 performance.

AHP staff will be reaching out to practices anticipating Arcadia implementation this year and requesting that an Arcadia Project Contact Form be completed. Upon submission of that information, practices will be issued a detailed Arcadia implementation schedule and the 2016 quality measure set.

By meeting or exceeding contractual performance thresholds for these measures, providers will “open the gates” for gain sharing and help AHP continue its success from earlier contract years. Throughout 2016, you can expect numerous opportunities to learn more about workflow and clinical improvements that will positively impact measure performance and make you eligible for financial incentives.
