Arcadia Connection: New Release and Medent Update

This issue of Arcadia Connection includes information about the release of the latest Arcadia upgrade and an update for our Medent users.
Recent Release
One of the new features in the new Arcadia Upgrade is the Pre-Visit Planning report. You’ll find this report under the Patients module:
In this report, you’ll have a new view of patient information – appointment time, conditions, quality gaps, utilization, and medications.
Please note that to filter in this report, you’ll want to use the Global Filters tab on the left hand side of the screen. To get to an individual provider, you can search under “Patient Assignment”.
Medent Update
Medent has recently announced that they will be updating their platform this summer. This change will impact your connection to Arcadia. We are working with Medent and Arcadia to minimize the disruption, and will be in touch with more details as we learn more.
