Network adult PCPs and pediatricians are asked to mark their calendars for AHP’s next Clinical Grand Rounds scheduled for Wednesday, March 16, 2016, 5:00 – 7:30 pm. Invitations will be sent via email in mid- February, and agenda topics are expected to include the 2016 quality measures and coordinated transitions for adolescents to adult primary care.
