Fidelis Fee-For-Service Contract Implementation Underway
April 30th, 2018 | Network NewsWe are pleased that implementation of AHP’s fee-for-service contract with Fidelis Care is moving forward. This contract was announced in December of 2017 and offers enhanced rates to primary care and specialist physicians.
Practices who have already submitted an opt-in form to AHP will be effective with the new rates on May 15, 2018. Enrolled practices will be receiving a letter from AHP confirming their participation and effective date. If you have not yet enrolled and wish to, contact us to request the appropriate forms.
