Coming in March: Incentive Payments and 2017 Measures

February 28th, 2017 | Network News

AHP will be distributing clinical integration payments for the fourth quarter of 2016 to contract-participating AHP PCPs in March. Based on a provider’s member attribution under an AHP gain sharing contract, these payments are provided to support your efforts to advance AHP’s clinical integration initiatives. Checks are scheduled to be mailed in mid to late March.

Also coming in March are incentives for 2016 clinical quality. PCPs who participate in all AHP contracts and who were fully Arcadia implemented by February 1st will receive incentives based on individual and practice performance to the measures for the 2016 calendar year. Incentives will be calculated according to the percentage of points earned for commercial measures for all patients. These payments will be mailed in late March, and will be accompanied by the quality measures for which AHP will be accountable under 2017 payer gain sharing contracts. As in prior years, the 2017 measure set includes measures for both chronic illness management and preventive health.
