Integrated Practice Committee Announcement
February 1st, 2018 | Clinical ConnectionsIn an effort to provide enhanced guideline and practice support for our members, AHP has chosen to undertake 10 IPCs (Integrated Practice Committees) in 2018. These programs are aimed at reducing variations in care, improving care delivery, and reducing costs of care all while hopefully easing the burden on all of our providers for caring with the ever-increasing complexities of management in the population we care for. Under the supervision of our Medical Directors and several of our member providers, many of these initiatives are well-underway towards development and you will be hearing more about initial roll-outs of these initiatives in the months ahead. The complete list of initiatives is below and we will be providing greater details as to each initiative as we move forward with development of each IPC:
