Accepting Nominations for the AHP Board of Managers
August 29th, 2019 | Network NewsIf you’re eager to lend your vision to the network’s strategic direction, consider running for a seat on AHP’s Board of Managers, the governing body whose members are elected to represent the interests of providers and to make the major decisions facing AHP.
Nominations are now being accepted for three board seats: the Highland Hospital-affiliated specialist seat, Strong Memorial Hospital-affiliated PCP seat and the F.F. Thompson-affiliated PCP seat. The terms of the current Managers in these positions expire in December 2019, so elections for these seats are planned for late October.
Eligible physicians interested in joining the Board of Managers are encouraged to nominate themselves to run for their constituency’s board seat. To nominate yourself, submit a personal statement to Renée Sutton that includes information about your experience or interest in population health and clinical integration, as well as any experience serving on an AHP committee.
