2/10/2021There is an issue with the global filter within Arcadia when exiting the 'Pre-Visit Planning' report. When exiting the 'Pre-Visit Planning' report the 'Attribution Method' does not revert back to the defaulted 'Functional' attribution within the 'Patient Assignment' filter. This will cause the numerator and denominator numbers to appear different than they would when the Functional attribution was active. Arcadia is actively working on a resolution to this issue.AllAllOpen
1/25/2021Inactive providers have been added back into the Patient Assignment global filter in Arcadia. This will allow patients, who are still attributed to the inactive provider within the EMR, to be visible within the patient registry.AllAllOngoing

Update: The Point of Care Lead Test results are now being sent to Arcadia. We are waiting on Arcadia to update the mapping in order for them to count toward the quality measure.

10/16/2020There is no easy way to look at the week ahead when using the Pre-Visit Planning report in Arcadia. AHP is working with Arcadia to add the ability of using a date range.AllAllOpen
10/16/2020PHQ-2 depression values are mapping incorrectly. In Arcadia a value of 0 is being mapped as a negative screen and value of 1 is being mapped as a positive screen with all other values not being mapped. We are working with Excellus and Arcadia to correct the mapping.

10/16/2020CPTII Code 3045F (A1c range from 7.0-9.0) when billed causes issues in closing the DM HbA1c <8% gap due to the wide A1c range. 3045F will be replaced by 3051F (Most recent hemoglobin A1c level greater than or equal to 7.0% and less than 8.0%) and 3052F (Most recent hemoglobin A1c level greater than or equal to 8.0% and less than or equal to 9.0%). This change will happen during the next major Arcadia upgrade.

Resolved: AHP has validated that the recent Arcadia upgrade has resolved this issue.

10/16/2020When using the LOB (Line of Business) filter in Arcadia for time period Year 2020 and starting with April TY, the Excellus attributed member numbers will be incorrect. AHP is working with Excellus and Arcadia to address the issue.

Resolved: All Excellus claims data are now up to date in Arcadia.

10/6/2020There is a possible issue with a patient's inactive status not being included in the MEDENT report to Arcadia. We have confirmed with MEDENT that this is an issue with at least one practice. MEDENT is actively investigating the issue and is uncertain at this time how many practices are affected.

Resolved: MEDENT has corrected the issue and inactive patients are once again included in the report sent to Arcadia.

6/10/2020The Target line on the 'Change Over Time' card in Arcadia still reflects last year's target for each quality measure. AHP is working with Arcadia to have them updated to reflect the 2020 targets.

5/8/2020The DOB and Appointment dates are incorrect in Arcadia, with Arcadia showing the day earlier. For example 5/17/1975 would appear as 5/16/1975. This issue has been escalated within Arcadia.
Resolved: There was a connector issue that was addressed. The dates are now correct in Arcadia.

4/17/2020The 'Export to CSV' function in Arcadia does not work. The Comparison section of the dashboard is located in the right side of the Initiative dashboards. Clicking the ‘Export to CSV’ icon does not respond. Arcadia is investigating the issue.
Resolved: Arcadia corrected the issue and the 'Export to CSV' function now works correctly.
