Four health centers in the AHP network were recently awarded Community Health Center Quality Recognition (CHQR) Badges for 2022. Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) awards these badges as recognition to health centers that have made notable quality improvement achievements in the areas of access, quality, health equity, health information technology, and COVID-19 public health emergency response for the 2021 Uniform Data Systems (UDS) reporting period.
