2023 Arcadia Dashboard and Provider Engagement Report Update

2023 Arcadia Dashboard and Provider Engagement Report Update

March 31st, 2023 | NewsNetwork News

With the new performance year well underway, the Arcadia Analytics dashboard and Provider Engagement Report – resources that support performance monitoring and improvement – are in the process of being updated with 2023 data.

Arcadia Analytics Dashboard

The AHP Information Management team anticipates that 2023 quality measures will be available in the Arcadia dashboard at the end of April. After conducting a stringent review of the data in a test environment, the AHP team is confident that the issues affecting the dashboard in 2022 will not reoccur in 2023.

For questions about accessing and utilizing the Arcadia dashboard, contact Willy Nooitgedagt.  For questions about quality measures, see our 2023 quality measures resources on ahpnetwork.com or email Elizabeth Sharp.

Provider Engagement Report

Also, in mid-April, the Provider Engagement Report (PER) will receive an upgrade with 2023 PCP Reward Plan thresholds and data. AHP’s Information Management team is working diligently to update the PER with data and performance thresholds that will enable providers to monitor their performance throughout 2023 and provide sufficient opportunity to improve and maximize their reward plan incentives.  Following the update, AHP will contact existing PER users regarding user training sessions. Although the PER still displays 2022 information, users are encouraged to access the platform now and familiarize themselves with the components.  Resources, including release notes that detail improvements and new functionalities, and a Quick Reference Guide are available on the PER webpage.

If you experience any difficulties accessing the PER or have feedback about the PER experience, please email us at [email protected].

The Arcadia dashboard and PER are critical resources that assist practice teams with optimizing performance under the PCP Reward Plan.  Although data quality issues resulted in the decision to hold providers harmless for 2022 rewards, accountability for quality performance has been reinstated for 2023. It is essential that practice teams access and continually monitor the data presented in these platforms once they have been refreshed with 2023 data.
