Arcadia Population Health Management Platform to Sunset on May 31st
May 21st, 2024 | Network NewsAccountable Health Partners’ transition to Health Catalyst is a critical and defining point in our network’s eleven-year history. Over the last seven months, we have worked diligently with Arcadia, Health Catalyst, contracted payors, and provider partners to progress toward a successful implementation. The next step in our networkwide transition to Health Catalyst is ending the direct AHP relationship with Arcadia on May 31, 2024. Beginning on June 1st, users in our network with access to Arcadia through AHP will no longer be able to log in to the platform. Our team is pleased to share that making this decision reflects this implementation’s significant progress and success thus far.
Although AHP will no longer have a direct relationship with Arcadia as our population health management platform, some partners will continue to utilize the platform. AHP’s Information Management Team has worked closely with our colleagues at Arcadia and contracted payors to seamlessly transition data connections from AHP to payor stewardship while simultaneously establishing new connections from practice EMRs to Health Catalyst. Through the end of the year and into early 2025, we will continue our work toward networkwide connectivity and leveraging the Health Catalyst platform as a powerful tool to support our work.
