Arcadia Changes Ahead
July 21st, 2020 | Clinical Connections•Arcadia ConnectionsWe are excited to announce that Arcadia will be upgraded starting July 23rd and concluding on July 30th. During this time Arcadia will not be accessible.
There will be a number of improvements but the most noticeable will be an updated look and feel with an improved (and faster!) user interface. Other improvements include the ability to easily identify filters used, Pre-Visit Planning report customization, and improved patient cards giving the ability to easily determine gap status, and more. Active users of Arcadia will be sent an email that will describe the changes in greater detail, and the process needed to access the upgraded version of Arcadia.
Measures definitions will also be improved with the upgrade. All measures will no longer exclude patients who have not had an encounter during a defined period of time. If you find patients in your measure performance who are no longer engaged with the practice, you can remove them by changing them to an Inactive status in your EMR.
