June 7th, 2018 | Clinical ConnectionsIn the July edition of AHP5 we anticipate being able to share early performance data relating to some of our initiatives such as our reduction in ordering unnecessary Vitamin D testing and reduction in Heart Failure admissions. There has been tremendous feedback and engagement around all of the initiatives that we have launched across the network this year, and we are eager to begin reporting back regarding how these efforts have reduced waste, improved patient care and improved shared savings. We will have more data to share in the coming months related to many of the initiatives that were launched this year, so stay tuned for further updates through the AHP5 Newsletter!
