UR Medicine Affiliates Transition to Epic EHR on March 5
February 28th, 2022 | Network NewsOn Saturday, March 5, three UR Medicine Affiliates will join Highland Hospital, Strong Memorial Hospital, and Thompson Health on the Epic EHR system known as eRecord. This EHR change affects all in-patient and outpatient practices at each facility and their hospital-owned offsites. The practices joining eRecord are:
UR Medicine – Jones Memorial Hospital in Wellsville
UR Medicine – Noyes Health in Dansville and Geneseo
UR Medicine – St. James Hospital in Hornell
This transition to eRecord provides the benefit of streamlined communication between hospitals and primary care practices, particularly those practices utilizing the ePartner web portal. Providers accessing ePartner are able to view information on their patients’ inpatient admissions, lab and imaging results, and consult reports from visits with UR Medicine specialists.
