Pharmacy Team Practice Visits
July 31st, 2019 | Network NewsOur clinical pharmacy team is working on scheduling on-site practice visits with primary care providers as part of AHP’s new Pharmacy Outreach Service. During these visits, our pharmacists offer up-to-date, objective evidence focusing on outpatient medication management topics. Scheduled based on provider convenience, these interactive visits are from ten to thirty minutes long and can be conducted either one on one or in a group setting. Ideally, your office care manager will attend the meeting as well.
The pharmacy team will be reaching out to practice manager at primary care locations to schedule appointments over the next weeks, but you can also request a visit anytime by emailing Erica Dobson.
