Optimization Team Focuses on Lead Screening for Medicaid

Focus on this population prioritizes gap closure for the most at-risk children, while contributing to optimal population health performance. We reached out to your practice in June to provide a patient list to help identify patients who still need a screening.
Point-of-care (POC) lead testing is a proven strategy for improving screening rates. If you are already performing POC lead screening, let us know if you need any support around workflow improvement or staff training.
