Population Health Update: Room for Improvement

The population health dashboard returns to Network News now that Arcadia has been populated with our 2019 measures and benchmarks. Due to some data issues impacting our pediatric measures, this month’s dashboard features adult measures only. Providers can expect the pediatric measures to return in next month’s population health dashboard.

In this month’s population health update, the network is holding a steady trend in adult preventive measures. However, driven by lower percentile performance in the diabetes control and nephropathy measures, adult disease management is trending downward.
