Pop Health Dashboard: Positive trends in Preventive

This month we are pleased to resume the Population Health Dashboard in Network News. We had briefly suspended its inclusion while AHP’s clinical and IT staff worked with Arcadia Analytics to better understand the new HEDIS definitions for 2019 measures and their impact on measure performance.

In this month’s update, the network is holding the line in the adult acute and disease management domains while trending positively in both the adult and pediatric preventive domains.
