Atlantic Health Partners
AHP entered an affiliation agreement with Atlantic Health Partners, the nation’s leading vaccine-buying group, to offer community primary care and Ob-Gyn providers access to favorable vaccine prices. Additionally, AHP-participating practices are eligible for exclusive quarterly and annual rebates, further lowering vaccine costs.
Atlantic works directly with Sanofi Pasteur, Merck, and GSK and can provide your practice with the most favorable pricing terms for a wide variety of pediatric, adolescent, adult, flu, and travel vaccines.

Medline
AHP’s relationship with Medline and Provista is one way we bring value to our participating community practices. As an AHP-participating practice, practices can purchase medical and other supplies through Medline and Provista at the same favorable pricing tiers as UR Medicine. This is not an exclusive arrangement allowing practices to purchase a limited number of items through Medline and work with other vendors for the balance. All parties have thoroughly vetted the program to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
AHP partners with supply chain professionals on the Purchasing and Supply Chain team at UR Medicine to ensure that the AHP contract remains aligned with UR Medicine’s and limits the need for practices to worry about prices creeping upward.

Vatica Health
Vatica Health’s Well365 program is designed to guide providers through a risk-coding exercise to accurately capture healthcare conditions to the highest specificity for high-risk adult patients. The cloud-based tool interacts with claims and provider EHRs to close gaps during annual wellness visits and other substantive visit types. The payor-sponsored program, for which several payors, including Excellus and MVP, participate, is beneficial to both patients and providers: accurate condition coding prevents gaps in care for patients, while providers can earn an incentive for each qualifying Vatica visit they perform. Participation in Vatica provides significant incentives and also assists providers with optimizing their incentives under AHP’s PCP Reward Plan[1]. Family and internal medicine providers participating in Vatica and completing 20% of their targeted Medicare Advantage Vatica visits for the year earn one citizenship component at the provider level.
If you have questions about your Vatica participation, or if you are not currently contracted with Vatica and would like to learn more about the program, please email Molly Parmeter.
