September 30th, 2021 | Network NewsProviders and community members are invited to join Wade Norwood, CEO of Common Ground Health, on October 1st at noon for his Zoom presentation “The Color of Health: The Devastating Toll of Racism on Black Lives.” The presentation centers on a recently released Common Ground report identifying racism as the primary, underlying driver of the deep and persistent health inequities experienced by Black people, including higher rates of COVID infections and mortality, heart disease, diabetes, asthma and maternal mortality.
