Reminder – Fidelis Participation
July 29th, 2022 | Network NewsAs a reminder, providers must be credentialed directly with Fidelis prior to participating in AHP’s fee-for-service contract and must re-credential directly with Fidelis to remain par. If you have providers joining your practice that will see Fidelis patients, please contact your Fidelis representative to begin that process. When adding providers to your practice, please ensure that you indicate in your communication to Fidelis that your practice is in the AHP network. AHP must still be notified about providers joining and terming (including the reason for the terming, i.e., retirement, starting a practice, etc.) from your practice.
