Welcoming New Staff: Lisa Walton

AHP is excited to welcome Lisa Walton, BSN, RN, to the care management team! Lisa has been working in primary care since receiving her BSN from SUNY Brockport in 2016. Additionally, Lisa has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.

Lisa says, “I love being a resource and advocate in the primary care setting to help provide the best care for patients. I am excited to join AHP as a Care Manager and to work closely with the entire team to continue improving healthcare quality and equitable care for patients in our region.”

Lisa will be supporting Dr. Maggio and colleagues as the embedded care manager at Lattimore Primary Care. AHP is proud of our embedded care management program and looks forward to continued collaboration with our practices. Please join AHP in welcoming Lisa Walton to the team!
