The Countdown Continues: Provider Engagement Report

As reported in previous editions of Network News, the AHP team has developed a new tool to support provider efforts to achieve excellent quality outcomes within the financial performance thresholds of the network’s value-based contracts.  Called the Provider Engagement Report, this dynamic report will be delivered electronically and offer providers the ability to drill down to patient-level data related to important clinical and pharmacy initiatives.

AHP is currently piloting the Provider Engagement Report and has successfully begun training pilot practices on using the tool. Training has already generated valuable feedback, and AHP will continue to improve the tool in preparation for a full network rollout.
