The depression screening toolkit can be viewed here was developed to assist providers not only with implementing universal screening, but to provide evidence-based tools and medication strategies for the management of depression, as well as resources to guide early interventions in the primary care setting.
The BHI team is scheduling meetings now with primary care practices to learn more about your practice, better understand practice workflows and review the toolkit and additional resources available for universal depression screening implementation.
