With the health plans of both Thompson Health and the University of Rochester offering lower cost sharing for health care delivered by AHP providers, help us connect these patients with your practice by making sure your information on ahpnetwork.com is correct.

Please be sure to let us know about:
• A provider (physician, CNM, NP, PA) joining or leaving your practice
• Changes to your TaxID
• Changes to your address, phone and fax numbers
• Changes in your participation status with Excellus BCBS, Aetna or MVP
