2024 Quality Performance Update: Network-Level Insights and Scorecards
August 28th, 2024 | Quality•NewsA recent communication detailed the year-to-date quality performance for 2024 at the network level. As previously communicated, this year’s quality performance will be measured at the network level (for all AHP primary care providers combined), and for our Excellus patient population only. This change was made for 2024 to offer consistency as we transition to our new population health management platform, Health Catalyst. You can view the full communication and the Excellus Commercial and Medicare scorecards for the entire AHP Network here. Medicaid results are pending and will be shared when they are available. This structure will remain in place through the end of 2024, and we will reevaluate for 2025 based on the data available.
