Provider Engagement Report Enhanced with Data from Health Catalyst Integration
October 3rd, 2025 | Quality•NewsAccountable Health Partners is moving forward with our phased transition to Health Catalyst, our new information technology management partner. This collaboration is designed to improve data sharing, strengthen engagement with practices, and better support you in delivering high-quality care to patients.
In the past, practices accessed quality dashboards through the Arcadia link on our website. Practices, providers, and administrators will not have a direct login to Health Catalyst. Instead, the quality dashboard, accessed through the Provider Engagement Report (PER), will be utilized to share information on quality performance, providing groups with a single location to view all components of their PCP Reward Plan.
Our team began outreach to practices, identifying and confirming PER users and organizing time for training on the new quality dashboard. We know practices are excited to access the quality data made available through the Health Catalyst implementation. Rest assured, all groups will receive outreach and be trained.
