November 25th, 2025 | NewsAs I conclude my first three months with AHP, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the warm welcome I have received from colleagues, providers, and community partners alike. It has been a privilege to join this outstanding organization and to witness firsthand the dedication, compassion, and professionalism that define our team.
These are indeed challenging times in health care. The pace of change, the demands on our systems, evolving payment and care models combined with the evolving needs of our patients all test our resilience. Yet, I am confident that by working together, we will not only meet these challenges but continue to excel and lead as an organization.
I have been deeply impressed by the strength of our network, our talented providers, committed staff, and the many community organizations that partner with us in advancing our shared mission. Together, we are improving the health of our communities, both regionally and beyond, through collaboration, innovation, and a steadfast focus on quality care.
As we look ahead to the coming year, I am filled with optimism. My focus is on building upon our strong foundation, enhancing integration, supporting our teams, and continuing to innovate in ways that strengthen both our network and the communities we serve. Always remember that at AHP we are “Transforming Healthcare Together – uniting care providers, and community partners through data, collaboration, and compassion to deliver smarter care, stronger outcomes, and lasting community health.”
