The Center for Community Health and Prevention presents three Dr. David Satcher Community Health Improvement Awards which serve to recognize individuals “who have made significant contributions to community health in the greater Rochester region through research, education, clinical services and service efforts”. This year’s recipient in the Junior Faculty Award category was our own Dr. Tiffany Pulcino who was recognized for her work within AHP, DSRIP and the Complex Care Center.
