As AHP expands its provider network both in terms of numbers and geographic footprint, we recognized the importance of growing and strengthening our leadership infrastructure for care management. Two recent promotions in our care management team will ensure that the team continues to function effectively as members of our practices’ care teams as they benefit from more direct leadership and clinical supervision.

Robin McElligot, LCSW
Program Director, AHP Pediatric Care Management and Social Work

After leading several clinical programs at Hillside Children’s Center, Robin joined the AHP team in May 2015 as a pediatric social worker providing care management support across the region to patients with complex behavioral health, developmental and medical complexities.

In her new role, Robin will oversee the entire pediatric care management program and social workers across the AHP Network. Robin commented, “It is my goal to continue to build and develop an exceptional and highly skilled social work team across our network to support the very complex needs of patients and families and to provide evidence-based, holistic care to those most in need.”
