AHP Community Guidelines
The foundation of AHP’s clinical integration is built on the collaborative efforts of primary care and specialty care physicians committed to improving the quality and efficiency of patient care. These clinical guidelines are intended to serve as a resource to practitioners seeking current and best practices for common conditions such as back pain, asthma, and coronary artery disease. These guidelines were developed by the Quality Collaborative at Monroe County Medical Society and in some instances by AHP medical staff.
AHP’s process for the development and endorsement of clinical guidelines includes a comprehensive review by a panel of physician experts, followed by final review and formal endorsement by the Executive Medical Director. As new guidelines are released, or existing guidelines are revised, they will be posted to this library.
