The Provider Engagement Report (PER) is a tool to support provider efforts to achieve excellent quality outcomes within the financial performance thresholds of the network’s value-based contracts. This dynamic electronic report offers providers the ability to drill down to patient-level data related to important clinical and pharmacy initiatives.
