Excellus Clinical Integration Payments Coming Soon
July 30th, 2015 | ArchiveGreat news: AHP will be distributing clinical integration payments for the first six months of 2015 to contract-participating AHP PCPs in August, along with clinical integration payments for the second quarter MVP gain sharing contract.
For all of AHP’s gain sharing contracts, performing successfully to budget while also hitting quality goals will trigger opportunities for gain sharing. To that end, network PCPs and their practice teams are currently working hard to implement the Arcadia dashboard and improve the processes and workflows that influence the clinical performance measured by the dashboard. The clinical integration payments we will be delivering soon are just one of many AHP incentives that reward PCPs for their efforts to deliver high quality clinical care to patients that will “open the gates” for future gain sharing. Details about these additional incentives will be announced in our next issue of Network News.
If 2015 is the first year your PCP practice is participating in AHP’s Excellus contract, a Physician Relations representative will be contacting you in the first week of August to set up a time to deliver these payments and provide a quick review of contract obligations around quality and what it means for your practice. If your practice participated in 2014, your checks will be mailed in the first week of August.
