Save the Date for December Practice Managers Meeting
November 29th, 2015 | ArchiveAHP will host its final Practice Mangers Meeting for 2015 on Thursday, December 10th from 8:00 am to 9:30 am at the Advancement and Alumni Center at 300 East River Road, Rochester. Agenda items will include a review of the University of Rochester’s 2016 Employee Benefit plans, and an introduction to the benefits plans of our second employer group, Thompson Health. Representatives from AHP’s IT team will provide a demonstration of Arcadia, the data analytics tool that allows AHP PCPs to evaluate their quality performance in real time and develop strategies to improve outcomes for high-risk patients. We’ll wrap up with a review of the year’s accomplishments, and our plans for network development in 2016.
