AHP Welcomes New Staff in Pharmacy, Optimization, and Information Management

Kevin Heacock joined AHP in February, arriving from the medical-surgical pharmacy team at the University of Rochester Medical Center. Kevin graduated with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the St. John Fisher Wegmans School of Pharmacy in 2017. After graduation, Kevin started his career as an inpatient clinical pharmacist at Rochester Regional Health before joining URMC in 2020. Kevin is board-certified in pharmacotherapy and has served as a preceptor for pharmacy residents throughout his time at UR Medicine. Kevin will be embedded in the Canandaigua Family Practice, part of F.F. Thompson Hospital. Kevin is looking forward to joining the pharmacy team at AHP and working with providers to improve patient care.
Tanya Jo Nasra, MPH
Earlier this month, Tanya Jo Nasra joined AHP as the Project Director for Clinical Quality Improvement. After obtaining her Master’s in Public Health from Tufts University, Tanya worked as a Population Health Specialist at Beth Israel Lahey Health in Boston, MA. There, she gained valuable experience leading initiatives focused on improving patient outcomes in diabetes and hypertension. In her new role, Tanya will be supporting our clinical initiatives with a focus in Behavioral Health Integration. Tanya is excited to continue working on projects that improve patient outcomes and incorporate her passion for behavioral health into her new role.
Jaelynn Kim
Also joining this month is Jaelynn Kim. Jaelynn joined AHP from the admissions team at Cornell University’s MBA program, where she served as an Operations Coordinator, specializing in admissions data and application systems. Jaelynn managed Salesforce databases for the Johnson College of Business and streamlined operational data processes. Jaelynn will partner with the Provider Relations and Information Management teams to improve the provider data management process for our practices and providers. She has a passion for utilizing data to drive insights and decisions. Jaelynn is pursuing a Master of Science in Applied Data Science at the University of Chicago. With an undergraduate background in Economic Policy Analysis and Sociology from Binghamton University, Jaelynn brings both a quantitative and qualitative perspective to AHP.
