Arcadia V6 Upgrade
August 31st, 2022 | Quality•NewsArcadia V6 Upgrade
AHP is pleased to report that the latest version of the Arcadia dashboard became available to users Monday, August 29th at 8:00 am. In addition to expanded patient information and improved system performance, version 6 provides up-to-date quality measure definitions, thresholds, and points. All users are required to reset their password following the upgrade. Instructions on how to change your password were sent to Arcadia users last week. If you did not receive instructions or are having difficulties with your password reset, please contact Willy Nooitgedagt.
Version 6 includes a number of functionality improvements, including one new feature of particular utility to users: a “widget” linking to the correct Quality Measure page for your practice’s specialty with the global filter for your Active Patient list preselected. Along with more convenient access to the view of the data most useful to users, the widget provides the added benefit of retaining the Current Year setting for the Time Period filter as you navigate from screen to screen unless you purposefully change that filter. This upgrade resolves several outstanding data integrity issues.
While the AHP team regrets the numerous delays associated with this upgrade, they were necessary to ensure the resolution of several data quality issues. Our team is now confident that the most serious issues have been addressed; however, we will still be conducting extensive validation and testing in this new production environment. With only four months remaining in the performance year, it’s vitally important for practices to ensure that their users are logging into Arcadia regularly to identify and close care gaps in time for optimal 2022 incentive awards. Regular monitoring can also make certain that any practice-level data issues are identified and resolved prior to incentive calculation. If you believe there is a data issue, please contact Willy Nooitgedagt.
Thank you for your patience as the AHP team worked with Arcadia to ensure that this upgrade would provide a better user experience with minimal disruption.
