Attend a Reproductive Health Counseling Training Session on November 9th
November 2nd, 2023 | Quality•NewsDr. Rachel Phelps will lead a virtual session on Reproductive Health Counseling on Thursday, November 9th, from 5:30 to 6:45 p.m. The session will include a 1-hour talk focused on evidence-based, patient-centered, non-coercive reproductive health counseling and a 15-minute Q&A session. Providers who attended one or both sessions offered by Dr. Phelps in 2022 are welcome to attend, but this year’s session will be identical to last year’s talk. An invitation was shared with all providers who have long-acting reversible contraception (LARC) included in their 2023 PCP Reward Plan; however, all providers are welcome to attend. You can register for the session here.
Attendance at this event satisfies the LARC component of the 2023 PCP Reward Plan for individuals with LARC included in their Reward Plan. Providers and individuals responsible for quality performance at their organization can view the PCP Reward Plan composition and, if LARC has been satisfied for this year, in the Provider Engagement Report (PER).
