What’s on Your Mind?
October 31st, 2022 | Network NewsLeadership from AHP’s Adult and Pediatric PCP Advisory Committees are interested in hearing from you! Adult, Pediatric, Family Medicine, and Internal Medicine providers are invited to propose improvement projects that can positively impact the network’s processes and performance for discussion at future advisory committee meetings. Some ideas: managing referrals, best practices for utilizing care management, managing urgent patients due to high emergency department waits, and other stressors impacting system and private providers.
Once topics are collected, the committees can organize thematic pain points or specific issues and plan how the committees and AHP can be helpful in finding resolutions.
