2015 Network Quality Results
May 25th, 2016 | ArchiveAs AHP and its gainshare contract partners work to “close the books” on 2015, we wanted to share with you a brief preview of the network’s performance to quality, a factor not only in determining whether or not gainsharing is achieved, but how much of the gain AHP earns.
For 2015, AHP performed in the 90th percentile in 13 out of 18 measures reported, with measures related to diabetes care being an area of particular strength. For those areas in which performance was less than optimal, Medical Director John Bisognano MD will be working with other physician leaders to develop strategies for improvement.
More information about AHP’s 2015 final results and gainsharing status is expected to be shared with providers in July.
