Accepting Nominations for the AHP Board of Managers

If you’re eager to lend your vision to the network’s strategic direction, consider running for a seat on AHP’s Board of Managers, the governing body whose members are elected to represent the interests of providers and to make the major decisions facing AHP.

Nominations are now being accepted for the board seats representing the Strong, Highland, FF Thompson, Jones and Noyes-affiliated physicians. The terms of the current Managers expire in January 2017, so elections for these seats are planned for late October. Elections are not held for URMFG-employed seats: these representatives are appointed by the URMFG Executive Committee.

Eligible physicians interested in joining the Board of Managers are encouraged to nominate themselves to run for their constituency’s board seat. To nominate yourself, submit a personal statement to Renée Sutton at [email protected] that includes information about your experience or interest in population health and clinical integration, as well as any experience serving on an AHP committee.
