2019 Excellus Metrics Finalized

The 2019 Excellus metric grids for Commercial, Medicare and Medicaid lines of business have been finalized and submitted and will be loaded and appearing in the Arcadia database soon. A summary of the metrics will also accompany the upcoming Quality Incentive checks that have just been mailed out. The good news is that there are no major changes to the metrics grids this year, and we have tried to align the metrics across lines of business as much as possible to reduce clinical burden. We look forward to continuing to support your efforts at improving metric performance in each of your practices with help of our Optimization Team.
