2023 Measures Available on Arcadia

Quality measures for the 2023 performance year are now available for viewing in Arcadia. An overview of the 2023 measures grid and associated resources is available here, with additional detail available on each measure’s definition page located here.  Please note that users who have not logged in since Arcadia’s upgrade to version 6 in August 2022 will need to perform a password reset to access the platform. Instructions on how to do so, along with details about notable features introduced with version 6, can be accessed here.

Providers or individuals responsible for managing quality within their practice or organization are encouraged to log in to Arcadia to review performance to the 2023 quality measures throughout the year. Regularly reviewing performance in Arcadia and alerting AHP to potential data issues ensure your hard work is recognized.

Although providers were held harmless for 2022 performance, accountability has been reinstated for the 2023 PCP Reward Plan.  In addition to monitoring quality measure performance in Arcadia, providers are encouraged to access the Provider Engagement Report (PER) for insight into their performance relative to all components of the Reward Plan (e.g., citizenship, pharmacy cost-savings).  Regular use of these critical resources will support practice efforts to improve quality and optimize Reward Plan incentives.
