Arcadia Upgrade and Network Maintenance
June 30th, 2022 | Quality•NewsIn previous issues of Network News, we have shared information about the Arcadia upgrade scheduled for earlier this year. We are disappointed to share that the upgrade has again been delayed. While testing for the original upgrade, AHP’s Information Management team became aware of issues that the upgrade would trigger, and subsequent solutions have not been developed to our satisfaction.
We understand that the delays are inconvenient for our network; however, AHP and our Information Management team remain committed to providing our network with the accurate quality measure data and reporting that we know are critical to accomplishing our shared goals in population health and value-based programs. To this end, the quality measures on the Arcadia dashboard have been updated to reflect 2022 points and thresholds in the current version; however updated 2022 measure definition implementation remains contingent on the upgrade.
AHP’s Information Management team continues to work collaboratively with Arcadia to reconcile the current issues, and we hope to have a resolution soon. AHP will not move forward until we are fully confident with the solutions provided. We will continue to update you about the upgrade’s progress through Network News, Practice Managers Meetings, and our Pediatric and Adult Advisory Committees.
Scheduled downtime: Beginning July 16th, 2022, at 12 a.m. and through July 17th, 2022, the Arcadia platform will be undergoing quarterly maintenance. During this time, the Arcadia platform will be unavailable.
