Arcadia Analytics Implementation: Measuring and Improving Performance

Arcadia Analytics Implementation: Measuring and Improving Performance

September 29th, 2015 | Arcadia Connections

Harnessing the power of actionable data to improve clinical care is an important feature of AHP’s mission to deliver better clinical outcomes at the best value. The Arcadia Analytics platform, a robust data aggregator that extracts data from individual practice EMRs and marries it with data from claims and other sources, will give AHP PCPs and pediatricians the functionality to explore patient health at both the population and individual patient levels.

The project to implement the Arcadia Analytics Dashboard is progressing and achieving major milestones. With 34 practices connected and 12 in full production, full implementation for eligible practices by year-end 2015 is scheduled to be complete by year end.

As practices are moved into production, the focus has moved from user acceptance testing (the process to ensure that the dashboard is correctly rending EMR data) to training providers to use the dashboard and leverage its information to identify and act on gaps in care. Practices will also be advised on improvements to workflows that will have a positive impact on measure performance. AHP will also work with provider offices to identify the highest priority measures and develop works plans for improvement.
