Program for Adult Behavioral Health Launching Soon

February 29th, 2016 | Clinical Connections

UR Medicine Behavioral Health is pleased to announce a new program to provide primary care providers with the knowledge, decision support, and consultation services necessary to treat adult patients with behavioral health needs. ECHO PSYCH will be launching in March, and program participants utilize long distance learning technologies to share best practices through didactic presentations and case based discussions with content experts, including psychiatrists, clinical social workers, therapists, and pharmacists.

Physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses and care managers with an interest in mental health are invited to participate. There is no charge to participate, and CME credits will be provided. If you’d like to learn more, contact Erin Tiernan at [email protected] or 585-276-8298.
