2020 Quality Measures To Be Announced in March
February 21st, 2020 | Clinical ConnectionsAHP’s negotiations with payers around 2020 contracted quality metrics have concluded, and the measures to which the network will be performing will be distributed in March along with 2019 clinical quality incentives.
Delayed due to changes in HEDIS measure definitions and new NYS mandates regarding contracting approval requirements, the 2020 measures are being loaded into the Arcadia Analytics dashboard and will also be announced via the March AHP5 and upcoming PCP Advisory Committees. Providers can expect to see a measure grid focused on measures that benefit population health with few additional measures to prevent shifting clinical focus. We were also careful to avoid metrics burdensome for providers.
