Alexander Medical Group Wins MVP Health Care Core Award
December 6th, 2016 | Network NewsAlexander Medical Group was recently awarded an MVP Health Care Core Award for the practice’s commitment to delivering team-based care that includes all members of their practice and that is focused on the best possible clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. The Core Award is presented annually to select physician groups with outstanding value-based, Triple Aim accomplishments.
Alexander Medical Group was nominated by AHP to receive the award based on the recommendation of the practice’s embedded care manager, Tiffany King. Tiffany cited the practice’s team huddles, weekly all-staff review of quality performance goals, and innovative patient outreach strategies as among the reasons why the practice should be recognized.
