Nephropathy Sprint Yields Great Results
February 21st, 2020 | Clinical ConnectionsAs 2019 drew to a close, network performance in the diabetic nephropathy measure was below target by a small margin. To close as many gaps as possible before the end of the ACQA performance year, we launched a SPRINT effort and provided targeted chase lists to practices with residual gaps. Due to the outstanding efforts of our primary care practices, just over 70% of nephropathy screening gaps were successfully closed.
These results will contribute positively to our 2019 ACQA performance and are a testament to the effective communication and response ability of our practices and network. AHP thanks providers who participated for these great results, and for your good work all year long in service to our quality goals and initiatives.
