Keep Tabs on Patient Satisfaction

All AHP gainsharing contracts include a patient satisfaction element, so it’s important that providers check-in periodically on their CGCAHPS performance. Fortunately, Press Ganey provides two convenient tools for monitoring performance and creating customized reports: the Improvement Portal and InfoEdge.

Improvement Portal
Log into the Improvement Portal here and find Quick Reports designed to help you track trends and compare your practice’s performance over time on a monthly or quarterly basis. Built into each Quick Report are prioritized improvement opportunities, user-friendly improvement resource guides and community forums.

InfoEdge
InfoEdge can be found within the improvement portal under the “Reports” tab. InfoEdge is a reporting feature that allows users to create customized, granular reports applying filters such as provider names, dates of service, and patient demographics. Custom reports may be saved and exported to a PDF or Excel format.
