Dear COVID-19 Vaccination Provider:

In anticipation of authorization of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine for 5–11-year-olds, pediatric Pfizer doses are available for pre-ordering starting today (October 19, 2021) Please note, the pediatric Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine will be a new product configuration with new packaging, new preparation, and a new national drug code (NDC) and only be administered to children 5-11 years old. The current product for adults and adolescents CANNOT be used in children under 12 years old. Please review the Pediatric Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine Ordering Guidance (below) in its entirety for important, time sensitive information!
